Thank you for your interest in A Child's Exploratorium. In order to complete your child's enrollment, we need to have the following forms completed:

Parent Handbook
All information contained in the parent handbook is current as of August 1, 2021. Our policies are reviewed annually and updated when necessary. Parents may review and discuss any questions or concerns about the policies and procedures of the childcare center with the center’s director at any time during business hours. If policies or procedures change, we will provide timely written notice to parents. Current Operational Policies and Procedures are also located at the front desk.
